The indicated price is per person. The participant must indicate who they want to share a room with or if they prefer that the organization assign them company. In this case, if the organization, for any reason, cannot assign you a person to share a room, you will be assigned a room for single use and you will be obliged to pay the difference in rate.

When making the registration request, you have a period of 20 days to make the payment according to the chosen rate. If this payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and if you wish to continue with the registration, you must make the request again.

All payments must be made in EUROS including taxes and transaction fees, as payment must be made at no cost to the organizers.

When the transfer amount is received, confirmation of registration will be made by the Host Committee secretariat.

If you want to cancel your participation:

• Before May 15, 80% of the amount paid to date will be refunded.
• From May 16 to July 31, 50% will be refunded.
• From August 1 onwards, the amount paid will not be refunded.

In addition, the following expenses will be deducted from the amount:

• Bank transfer expenses,
• Exchange rate.

AISG Spain and the ISGF will NOT provide insurance coverage for medical expenses or illness, or loss of property, and personal or general damages during the Conference.

All participants are advised to obtain their own personal travel insurance before arriving in Granada.

It is recommended that insurance coverage includes the deposit in case cancellation of the reservation is necessary due to a medical emergency.
